Our prestigious client is looking for a GURU in Digital Marketing, to join the team at a luxury hotel in Cape Town. The digital marketing executive will play a key role in managing digital campaigns, social media, and content creation to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Manage website updates, social media, and coordinate and implement all digital campaigns.
- Content Creation Develop engaging content, including blog posts, high-quality visuals, photography, and videography for digital platforms.
- Brand Management Maintain brand consistency, monitor industry trends, and support overall marketing strategies.
- Manage all digital channels to drive brand awareness.
- Create engaging digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Community management respond to queries on social media, email, and phone.
- Social media content creation, including copy, images, and videos / reels.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok platforms.
- Develop strategies to increase social media followership and engagement.
- Assist in building and maintaining brand image and reputation across all collateral.
- Provide graphic design support to produce marketing materials.
- Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
- Support the marketing team in executing communication initiatives and special events.
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies incorporating SEO / SEM and content marketing.
- Maintain and update website content.
Qualifications
- Creative and business-minded with a passion for hospitality.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or within a team.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality marketing would be advantageous
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, META, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Basic proficiency in InDesign.
- Ability to think outside the box and deliver high-quality results.
