Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a vital role in assisting our ops and product teams with brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement activities. You will coordinate various digital marketing tasks, collaborate with internal teams, and support the implementation of digital strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Activities:

  1. Email Marketing Support: Assist in the creation, setup, and deployment of ongoing outbound email campaigns, newsletters, and client communication to enhance engagement and customer retention. Understand and report on the metrics of each email marketing campaign.
  2. Content Creation: Assist in creating a range of content ranging from videos and podcasts to graphics and work alongside our SEO and content team to repurpose their content into engaging media.
  3. Social Media Coordination: Work with the rest of the team to develop engaging social media content, schedule posts, and monitor activity to grow brand presence across platforms.
  4. Content Calendar Management: Help maintain a content calendar, coordinating digital marketing activities to ensure consistency and coherence across channels.
  5. Website Updates and Maintenance: Assist in updating and maintaining client and our own website content to enhance user experience and optimise for conversions.
  6. Marketing Collateral Support: Help create and organise a library of marketing materials, such as presentations, case studies, and brochures, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
  7. Client Reporting Assistance: Contribute to the preparation of marketing performance reports, providing data and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and prepare timesheet reports.
  8. Social and Marketing Trends: Assist in monitoring market trends and customer feedback to help refine marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience.
  9. SEO Assistance: Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to increase online visibility and drive organic traffic. Collaborate with content and technical teams to ensure SEO best practices are applied.

Requirements:

  1. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in crafting marketing messages.
  2. Able to articulate ideas and messages effectively.
  3. Prefer a candidate that is well versed in social media and has the finger on the pulse when it comes to social media trends.
  4. High attention to detail and you will be highly organised and an excellent time keeper.
  5. Prior experience or internship in a digital marketing environment, ideally within a B2B, SaaS, or technology environment is a major plus.
  6. Experience in editing videos (even if done on mobile) and putting together creative content is a plus.
