Our Client is one of the leading global market players in the power industry focusing on smart metering and smart grid technologies. Since the inception of the Group, it has always been moving on the edge of technology to deliver state-of-the-art products and solutions to utilities all around the world. They're looking for a Digital Marketing Director responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company and its products or services. They play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing plan to increase brand awareness and revenue. Set current and long-term goals for internal teams. Design and review the Marketing department's budget.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and manage the digital marketing team. Guide the content team in crafting engaging and SEO-friendly content. Collaborate with other teams and departments to integrate marketing strategies.
  • Campaign Management: Launch and oversee online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. to increase company and brand awareness. Oversee SEO and SEM strategies. Manage email and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Use analytic tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the company's digital marketing strategy. Maintain knowledge of the marketing technology landscape, analytics, and business intelligence. Provide end-to-end project management for all digital campaigns.
  • Innovation and Adaptation: Identify and test new digital platforms and tools. Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments. Adapt strategies based on analytical data and emerging trends.
  • Communication: Communicate digital marketing plans and strategies to senior management. Supervise the design of all digital media elements including the company website and individual project microsites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or a related field.
  • An MBA would be an advantage.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or other relevant digital marketing certifications.
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Strategist or Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Strong experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with web design and content management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills.
  • Strong team leadership and management skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
