Digital Marketing Creator (Cape Town Based) Ello Technology

We’re hiring a hands‑on Digital Marketing Creator to design, run, and scale full‑stack marketing that drives real pipeline for the Ello Group. If you love building funnels, producing daily content, and turning attention into booked sales calls, this role is for you.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain high‑converting funnels and automations across our stack (SM ad → landing page → form → Zoho CRM → sales). Own tags, tracking, and smooth lead handoff.
• Create high‑output social content (short‑form video + posts) and iterate from the data.
• Keep websites and landing pages fresh, fast, and SEO‑friendly.
• Run email / referral campaigns and lead‑nurture flows that convert to bookings and webinars.

The scoreboard you’ll own

You’ll report against a simple, transparent KPI scorecard, including qualified leads, booked sales appointments, content output, live funnels, webinars, and cost‑per‑lead. Bottom line : did your work create booked meetings for sales? If yes = win. If not = fix it fast.

Tools you’ll use

HighLevel, Zoho CRM, Meta Ads Manager, CapCut / Canva, YouTube / Loom, and ChatGPT.
