This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of legal expertise and digital strategy - helping to shape our brand presence, drive client engagement, and support our continued growth through smart, data-driven marketing. A strong understanding of digital paid media is essential, as you'll be instrumental in planning, executing, and optimizing targeted campaigns that elevate our visibility and generate meaningful results.

Job Summary:

This role combines content creation, paid media campaign management, and community engagement, ensuring our brand voice resonates across all platforms while fostering meaningful connections with our audience. The ideal candidate will have a flair for storytelling, a deep understanding of social media and paid media trends, and the ability to build and nurture online communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content strategies across various platforms, including social media, blogs, and websites.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize digital paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to support firm-wide marketing goals.
  • Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with the brand's tone and objectives.
  • Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and posts.
  • Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster relationships with community members and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Analyse content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in content creation and community management.
  • Organize and participate in community events, both online and offline, to strengthen audience relationships.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Matric and related tertiary education in digital content/marketing.
  • Proven experience in content creation and community management.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, and other related platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing paid media campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with editing platforms such as CapCut, Canva & Adobe.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
  • Experience in organizing virtual or in-person events.
