PNA is seeking a creative, tech-savvy, and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in executing and supporting multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates strong coordination skills across digital platforms, including content creation, basic website backend management with SEO knowledge, email and SMS marketing, social media management, and Google Ads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Develop, write, and schedule compelling digital content across platforms. Collaborate with design and brand teams for aligned visuals. Maintain brand consistency in tone, look, and messaging.
- Social Media Management: Plan, create, and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. Use tools like Meta Suite, Hootsuite, or Later for scheduling. Monitor and engage with followers, respond to DMs, comments, and trends. Update and manage website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Ensure pages are SEO-optimized, properly tagged, and user-friendly. Work alongside developers on technical fixes or enhancements.
- Email & SMS Marketing: Build and deploy newsletters and bulk SMS campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc. Monitor engagement (open and click-through rates) and apply improvements.
- Google Ads & Paid Media: Support the setup and management of Google Ads (Search, Display). Assist with keyword targeting and ad creative. Analyze campaign results and contribute to performance optimization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other dashboards. Provide actionable insights to enhance future marketing efforts. Work closely with Marketing, Design, and IT teams. Clearly communicate deadlines, deliverables, and expectations. Stay adaptable and solution-oriented in a high-pressure, ever-changing environment.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Digital & Social Media Management, Marketing, Journalism, Media Studies, or Communications.
- 3–5 years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic CMS / backend skills with working SEO knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with email & SMS marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and campaign reporting.
- Excellent copywriting, grammar, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
