Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator will execute the Marketing Strategy and Marketing Solutions, driving the Commercial Strategy.
They must understand all client Products and Services, the company's Commercial Strategy, and Marketing Objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong digital background and assist with tasks within the marketing department, such as ordering marketing materials, stock management, and event organization.
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree / Diploma: BCom in Marketing / Communications, Business Science with Honours in Marketing, or similar.
- Experience: 3-4 years marketing/industry experience in a similar role (Healthcare industry experience is mandatory).
Skills Required
- Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable on all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube) and Facebook Ad Manager
- Experience with Hootsuite
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proactive and able to take initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail
Key Accountabilities
- Assist in establishing a Digital Marketing Strategy aligned with the overall Marketing Strategy.
- Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute Digital Marketing Campaigns.
- Ensure all content is accurate and error-free across promotional materials, social media, and digital marketing elements.
- Website maintenance via CMS
- Chatbot functionality
- SEO
- Google Analytics and AdWords
- Google My Business
- Social Media Platforms
- Track and report on digital marketing activities monthly, quarterly, and annually.
- Optimize website, social media, and SEO to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
- Oversee digital marketing budget and objectives.
- Identify and adopt new trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Conduct research, including competitor and industry analysis.
- Develop relevant social media content aligned with Marketing Strategy and Campaign Briefs.
- Manage community engagement on client platforms.
- Approve relevant supplier invoices and reconciliations.
- Submit quotes and invoices for approval.
- Update systems with latest marketing materials.
- Organize events and exhibitions, including logistics and setup.
- Maintain stock of marketing materials at Head Office.
- Distribute marketing materials and promotional items nationwide.
