Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement compelling content and marketing campaign strategies across multiple channels.
  2. Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and influencers to bring campaign concepts to life.
  3. Manage and optimize paid digital media campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
  4. Oversee and grow social media presence with strong brand storytelling.
  5. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  6. Track campaign and content performance using relevant analytics tools.
  7. Turn performance insights into clear reports and actionable improvements.
  8. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  9. Assist in creating and designing campaign visuals and advertising materials.

Experience:

  1. Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on content and campaign management.
  2. Proven ability to work across multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
  3. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a good eye for design and storytelling.
  4. Confident in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track performance and report insights.
  5. Familiarity with SEO and its application to content strategy.
  6. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Zoho E-commerce.
  7. Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  8. Comfortable working with influencers and coordinating content collaborations.

Requirements:

  1. Must be based in Cape Town and available to work in-house full-time.
  2. Willingness and initiative to grow, learn, and experiment.
