Roles and Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy: Prioritize digital as a key pillar of our business strategy with a consumer-minded, retail-centric, and hyper-digital agenda.
- Social Media Management: Assist in managing Timberland's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), monitor platforms for brand mentions, comments, and messages, engage with followers, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media content strategies aligned with Timberland's brand and marketing objectives, creating and scheduling engaging posts with relevant multimedia assets.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and provide regular reports.
- Social Media Advertising: Support planning and execution of digital ad campaigns, conduct market research, develop ad content, monitor and optimize campaigns.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating marketing events like product launches and collaborations, manage logistics, and support event promotion and evaluation.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with internal teams and external partners, manage relationships with agencies, influencers, and vendors, and communicate initiatives effectively.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, maintain marketing databases, and help prepare reports and presentations.
