Who we are looking for : A talented Digital Marketing Assistant.

What will you do :

  • Design and produce digital materials, print materials, promotional items, etc.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate marketing campaigns
  • Prepare emails and newsletters for current customers
  • Launch promotional offers and events to attract new customers
  • Optimize the company website to increase online traffic
  • Implement best practices for social media marketing on various platforms
  • Conduct regular audits of social media and website marketing performance
  • Maintain and monitor online listings across e-commerce platforms
  • Track marketing metrics and analyze digital data to evaluate success
  • Assist with marketing administration and product management
  • Manage promotional items and liaise with suppliers

What will you need :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience
  • Understanding of the retail and wholesale markets is advantageous
  • Experience managing social and digital media
  • Certifications in Google Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Analytics, Google Ads
  • Certificates in Graphic Design (Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop)
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms like Mailchimp
  • Excellent design skills and knowledge of social media and creative platforms
  • Knowledge of web technologies and industry trends

  • Ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
