We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing and Content Manager to lead marketing initiatives across multiple entities within the group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management, along with a proven track record of driving growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth across all companies.
Content Creation and Management: Write, produce, and manage content for social media, websites, blogs, newsletters, and email campaigns, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
Social Media Management: Oversee all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with the community, and analyzing performance.
Manage and Coordinate WhatsApp Broadcasts: Handle opt-outs, update the database, forward leads, and source new contacts to ensure effective communication and audience engagement.
Paid Media Campaigns: Design and execute paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, focusing on maximizing ROI.
Photography and Videography: Capture and produce high-quality visual content, including event coverage, product showcases, and promotional materials.
Website Management: Maintain and update company websites, with a focus on user experience and SEO optimization.
Branding and Design: Lead branding initiatives, manage signage projects, and create marketing materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Budget and Financial Management: Collaborate with the finance team to manage and reallocate marketing budgets across various entities, ensuring efficient use of funds.
Event Coverage: Attend and cover company events, producing and promoting content to enhance event visibility.
Email and Database Management: Execute targeted email campaigns using Mailchimp or similar platforms, while managing CRM systems and ensuring data accuracy.
SEO: Implement basic SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency in using design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in photography, videography, and website management is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments.
Flexibility to travel to and cover events as required.
