Multichannel Account Managers are relationship-focused, client services heroes who truly put the client first and champion their clients across the business. With a passion for client relationship management and an eagerness to see the company grow and succeed, you excel at clear, consistent communication, keeping projects on-track and managing client expectations.
You must be a confident communicator with proven experience managing large scale multichannel advertising campaigns. You need to be comfortable managing client expectations, reporting on performance, liaising with strategists, producers and implementers working on the account and feeding in to seniors on ways to improve client satisfaction & account performance.
