You will oversee the digital marketing function, manage a small team, work with the technical team to optimise the customer journey and sales performance, and deliver measurable results for our growing technology brand.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or performance marketing.
• Proven experience driving online revenue growth.
• Strong SEO knowledge.
• Hands-on PPC experience.
• Experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of website UX and customer journeys.
• Previous team leadership or management experience.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Digital Growth Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth strategy and drive measurable business results.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on improving website performance, increasing conversions and generating revenue through digital channels. You will oversee our digital marketing function, manage a small team, and work closely with our technical team to continuously improve the customer journey and online sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own digital revenue growth and customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute the digital growth strategy.
• Deliver revenue targets and digital marketing KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to increase online sales and profitability.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

• Develop and execute the SEO strategy.
• Improve organic rankings, traffic and website performance.
• Resolve technical SEO issues with the technical team.
• Monitor search performance and Core Web Vitals.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)

• Analyse customer journeys and optimise conversion rates.
• Improve landing pages, product pages and checkout experiences.
• Use data and testing to drive continuous improvement.

Paid Media (PPC)

• Manage and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads campaigns.
• Improve ROAS, conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
• Manage keyword strategy, bidding and audience targeting.

Website & Digital Experience

• Drive ongoing website optimisation and user experience improvements.
• Brief developers on new pages, functionality and enhancements.
• Prioritise website improvements based on commercial impact

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor website, campaign and sales performance.
• Maintain accurate tracking, reporting and attribution.
• Turn data into actionable recommendations.

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop the marketing and sales team.
• Set priorities and ensure projects are delivered effectively.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable and high‑performing culture.

Essential
