Job summary

Standard Bank Group is seeking an experienced digital forensics professional to respond to incidents and conduct investigations in line with its Digital Forensic Investigation Framework. The role involves preparing evidential reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders, regulators and legal representatives.

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in digital forensics, incident response, cyber investigations, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incidents and conduct in-depth digital forensic investigations across the Standard Bank Group in adherence to the Group Digital Forensic Investigation Framework and standards.
• Prepare evidential reports and present findings to senior stakeholders, regulators, and legal representatives.

To respond to incidents and conduct in-depth digital forensic investigations across the Standard Bank Group, in adherence to the Group Digital Forensic Investigation Framework and standards to ensure digitally related crime is effectively identified and minimised therefore mitigating the potential for operational losses or reputational damage to the organisation.

• Bachelor’s degree in digital Forensics, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Security, Information Systems, or a related field.

• CISSP, CISM
• Microsoft Security Certifications

Experience

• Minimum 5–7 years' experience in Digital Forensics, Incident Response, Cyber Investigations, or a related discipline.
• Experience preparing evidential reports and presenting findings to senior stakeholders, regulators, and legal representatives.
