Job summary

WesBank, operating within the FNB branch environment, seeks a Personal Financial Advisor in Benoni to provide professional, goal-based financial advice and holistic wealth solutions. You will leverage a strong brand, client ecosystem and digital tools to grow AUM/API while building lasting client relationships.

You will conduct needs analyses, recommend investments and insurance, engage clients, and maintain accurate records, all while complying with FAIS governance and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years financial advisory experience.
• FSCA-recognised FAIS qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher).
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) completed.
• Fully Fit & Proper FAIS for applicable investment/long-term insurance categories.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive financial needs analyses and develop personalised financial plans.
• Recommend investment, insurance and wealth solutions aligned to client objectives.
• Engage customers within branches to build advice-driven relationships.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain client records and documentation.
