Job description

As the Digital Director , you will spearhead strategy execution, revenue generation, and business growth within our Digital Advisory division. Your role will focus on managing high-impact client engagements, driving sales, and fostering practice development.

You will collaborate with leading clients and executive teams to design innovative solutions that address disruption, define transformation roadmaps, and establish programs that deliver long-term value.

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Honours Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years in IT, with 8+ years leading teams and technology implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of networks, security, databases, and cloud technologies.
  • Relevant certifications (preferred).

Key Responsibilities :

  • Strategy & Delivery Excellence :
  • Lead end-to-end design and delivery of cutting-edge technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

  • Oversee enterprise-level technology programs, managing risks, requirements, and strategic architectures.
  • Provide holistic advisory, integrating industry best practices to align technology with business strategy.
  • Anticipate market trends, risks, and opportunities to guide executive decision-making.
  • Establish thought leadership, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in digital transformation.
  • Sales & Business Development :
  • Identify and engage new clients and strategic partners, expanding our market footprint.

  • Drive revenue growth through proactive pipeline development and targeted sales strategies.
  • Represent the firm at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Lead proposal development, including RFPs, showcasing our value proposition.
  • Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies and meet short- and long-term targets.
  • Business Case & Product Development :
  • Shape the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company strategy and client needs.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize innovation and scalable solutions.
  • Oversee solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical feasibility.
  • Validate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that solutions meet performance benchmarks.
  • Quality & Stakeholder Management :
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery in compliance with security and data policies.

  • Cultivate strong client relationships, driving account growth and profitability.
  • Engage with leadership to report on performance, projects, and innovation.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and business teams, ensuring that solutions enhance operational efficiency.
  • Budget & Financial Oversight :
  • Develop and manage budgets and forecasts for the Digital Advisory unit.

  • Optimize expenditure to maintain profitability and financial targets.
  • Guide teams in cost-effective client account management.
