The Practise Lead will drive and implement strategy, revenue generation, and business growth for the Digital Advisory. Focus on managing and delivering client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. The Practise Lead will work with leading clients and their executive teams to design and define innovative business solutions to respond to disruption, transition from current to future business models, and establish transformation programs, products, and services that drive growth and deliver long-term value.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Sets Strategy and drives delivery excellence for technology solutions: Lead clients through end-to-end design and delivery of holistic, forward-looking, and business-aligned technology solutions. Own the delivery of enterprise-level technology and programs, managing requirements, strategies, architectures, risks, and mitigation plans. Understand interlinks between sub-offerings at a technical level to enhance market presence. Recommend solutions with a holistic view, leveraging best practices to align with business strategy and industry issues. Anticipate risks and opportunities, define mitigation strategies, and build executive support and organizational buy-in. Develop a reputation as a subject matter expert and stay current on market trends and regulations.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and engage potential customers and partners through meetings, leveraging existing relationships, and building new ones. Support sales efforts through segmentation and profiling. Grow client footprint by hunting new opportunities. Represent BDO at forums, create proposals, and prepare RFP documentation. Use data to identify trends and build a sales pipeline aligned with domain targets. Support marketing strategies.
- Business Case Development: Contribute to the product vision and roadmap, aligning with company strategy and key opportunities. Communicate vision to stakeholders for buy-in. Collaborate to define requirements and priorities. Continuously improve products and services through feedback and analytics.
- Product Development Oversight: Participate in solution design, recommend innovative solutions, and guide user acceptance testing. Define success criteria and validate solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external clients, grow successful accounts, and contribute ideas for digital transformation. Report regularly on team performance, project status, and innovations. Engage with audit teams to identify digitization opportunities and liaise with technical and enablement teams to ensure solutions are practical and beneficial.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for the Digital Advisory unit, ensuring expenditures align with approved budgets and profitability targets. Guide managers on client account management within budget constraints.
