Job summary

Core Group ZA is seeking a highly creative Digital Designer to join our Marketing team. You will craft engaging visuals across digital and print channels to drive customer engagement, support product launches, enhance the customer experience, and contribute to sales growth in a fast-paced consumer electronics retail environment.

From social media content and banners to in-store signage, you will ensure Corporate Identity compliance and brand consistency while collaborating with marketing,

Qualifications

• Graphic Design, Visual Communication or Multimedia Design qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' professional experience in a corporate marketing, retail, or agency environment.
• Experience with Corporate Identity frameworks and brand standards.
• Experience producing digital, print, social media, and video assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital marketing assets for websites, banners, email campaigns, and digital signage.
• Create social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X.
• Develop assets in formats including static posts, carousels, stories, reels, and promotional graphics.
• Produce retail and print materials including POS, window graphics, posters, and in-store branding elements.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with CI adherence and color management.
• Create and edit short-form video content for social and campaigns.
• Produce product showcase videos and launch content.
• Design motion graphics and branded transitions; optimise for platform specs.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, retail operations, and external suppliers.
