Roman’s Pizza is looking for a Digital Designer with a passion for impactful, performance-driven creative. This person will play a key role in producing high-performing digital assets for campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and X. The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time, office-based position based in Centurion, reporting to the Head of Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling digital ads for Google, Meta, TikTok, and X.
• Develop engaging HTML emails and landing pages optimised for UX and conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to ensure visuals align with campaign strategy and performance goals.
• Create animated banners, motion graphics, and interactive ads using Google Web Designer and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ensure all digital content is responsive across various screen sizes and platforms.
• Stay on top of digital design trends, platform specifications, and best practices.
• Participate in creative testing initiatives to improve campaign performance.

Key Requirements

Must-Haves:

• A strong, relevant portfolio of digital design work.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
• Proficiency in Google Web Designer for HTML5 ad development.
• Experience designing for Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and X.
• A strong sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Familiarity with ad specs and policies for digital platforms.
• Experience in creative A/B testing and optimization techniques

Working Conditions

• Location: Centurion Head Office (on-site only)
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
• Equipment/Software Provided: Yes
• Start Date: 1 July 2025
