Job description

The Digital Design Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting business growth and customer retention for the Contract Logistics division through creative and strategic digital content. This position sits at the intersection of logistics, visual storytelling, and technology, providing high-quality design and communication solutions that influence key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Responsibilities :

  • Drive business development and client engagement through compelling visual narratives and data storytelling.
  • Leverage AI-powered design tools to enhance content scalability, personalization, and automation.
  • Contribute to digital transformation efforts by integrating new technologies, including generative AI and interactive media, into logistics storytelling.
  • Design integrated content across digital and print platforms to support commercial, operational, and technical initiatives.
  • Serve as a creative bridge between logistics experts and client-facing content, simplifying complexity into compelling design.
  • Promote consistent brand identity across global teams through standardization of visuals and templates.
  • Design and produce high-quality digital and print materials, including presentations, infographics, process maps, brochures, and whitepapers.
  • Utilize AI tools for content generation, layout suggestions, image optimization, and productivity enhancement.
  • Proactively explore and present new tools, design trends, and AI-based solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and visual impact.
  • Map complex supply chain and logistics workflows using tools like Visio or Lucid chart; apply visual logic to simplify information for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Convert analytical outputs into compelling, easy-to-understand graphics and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with global marketing department to produce campaign assets, customer-facing presentations, and thought leadership content.
  • Develop reusable templates and design systems that allow global teams to quickly customize and deploy branded materials.
  • Work with commercial, operations, and IT teams to develop visuals that align with customer needs and strategic goals.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all content with corporate guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Design engaging internal communications, including newsletters, videos, and training collateral that enhance global team engagement.

Requirements :

  • Familiarity with AI design and content generation tools (e.g., DALL
  • E, Runway, Canva Magic).
  • Experience with process mapping tools (Visio, Lucid chart, AnyLogic, CAD, Tecnomatix).
  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Basic understanding of UX / UI principles and motion graphics is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience in digital design, or related fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
