Job summary

Stefanutti Stocks Africa Region is seeking a Digital Delivery Modeller to create, develop and maintain precise 3D digital models, drawings, schedules, and visualisations in alignment with BIM standards. You will ensure data integrity, BEP compliance, and coordinate with project teams across disciplines.

The role requires proficiency in Revit/Navisworks/Civil 3D, strong attention to detail, and excellent collaboration skills to support efficient digital delivery and documentation workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and maintaining digital models using industry-standard software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D or similar).
• Exposure to engineering, architectural, or construction environments.
• Experience liaising with design teams and project stakeholders on technical outputs.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to cost and time efficiencies by producing accurate and coordinated digital models.
• Support digital delivery initiatives that enhance project value and reduce rework.
• Develop and maintain 3D digital models using relevant software (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks).
• Generate construction documentation, schedules, and visualisations from models.
• Ensure adherence to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and digital delivery protocols.
• Support clash detection and issue resolution with the Digital Delivery Coordinator.
• Create as-built documentation.
• Maintain accurate digital records and proper file naming/storage.
• Provide accurate model outputs to project teams and consultants.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for coordinated project delivery.
• Work within the Digital Delivery team, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Participate in training and upskilling to enhance digital competencies.

• 1-3 years' experience in modelling within the construction or engineering sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital modelling, file structures and documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Understanding of design, engineering, and construction project lifecycles.
• Awareness of digital project workflows and document control practices.
• Knowledge of building/civil construction processes and integration with digital models.
