PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To work closely with the promotional team to ensure all digital elements are executed timeously and accurately within a specified budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Coordinating Campaigns
○ Coordinate all Digital Content creation & production
○ Brief & coordinate content requirements
○ Brief & coordinate media requirements
○ Content calendar administration & coordination
○ Schedule content across digital platforms
○ Ensure all content is published & executed timeously with internal studio, brand teams & other stakeholders to create digital content
○ Research & implement the latest social media & video trends where appropriate
○ Ensure Brand CI & campaign alignment across Digital Content
● Collating Creative
○ Coordinate digital content production with internal stakeholders, ie: source the products & product information to be photographed,
○ Traffic products to studio(internal or external) & ensure timeous upload to the website & other channel
○ Coordinate & manage competitions across all digital platforms
○ Collaborate with internal creative teams and external production agencies to produce high quality digital content
○ Seek out trending content opportunities for the PEP brands
● Relationship Management
○ Coordinate content production between the business & external agencies or internal production team members
○ Coordinate timeous media & promotion behind content across all platforms
● Administration
○ Coordinate & manage any additional campaign, content or media requirements that may arise
○ Update campaign calendar
JOB INCUMBENT REQUIREMENTS
○ Post matric qualification (e.g. marketing diploma or digital marketing diploma/certificate)
○ A minimum of 2 years of brand / marketing experience.
○ Digital administration experience
○ Experience and understanding of the retail environment and trends
○ Strong administration, planning, organising and coordination skills
○ Computer Literacy (MS Office and Google Suite)
○ Relationship/networking skills
