Purpose of the Job

To work closely with the promotional team to ensure all digital elements are executed timeously and accurately within a specified budget.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate all digital content creation & production.
  2. Brief & coordinate content requirements.
  3. Brief & coordinate media requirements.
  4. Manage content calendar administration & coordination.
  5. Schedule content across digital platforms.
  6. Ensure all content is published & executed timeously with internal studio, brand teams & other stakeholders.
  7. Research & implement the latest social media & video trends where appropriate.
  8. Ensure brand CI & campaign alignment across digital content.
  9. Coordinate digital content production with internal stakeholders, sourcing products & information for photography.
  10. Traffic products to studio (internal or external) & ensure timely upload to website & other channels.
  11. Coordinate & manage competitions across all digital platforms.
  12. Collaborate with internal creative teams and external agencies to produce high-quality digital content.
  13. Seek out trending content opportunities for the PEP brands.
  14. Coordinate content production between the business & external/internal teams.
  15. Coordinate timely media & promotion behind content across all platforms.
  16. Manage additional campaign, content, or media requirements as they arise.
  17. Update campaign calendar.

Job Incumbent Requirements

  • Post-matric qualification (e.g., marketing diploma or digital marketing diploma/certificate).
  • A minimum of 2 years of brand/marketing experience.
  • Digital administration experience.
  • Understanding of the retail environment and trends.
  • Strong administration, planning, organising, and coordination skills.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and Google Suite).
  • Relationship/networking skills.
  • Competencies: Performing under pressure, structuring, drive, initiative, cooperation, persuasiveness, vitality, innovating, creativity.
