Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant diploma or degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Journalism.
• 1–3 years' experience in content, marketing, communications, digital marketing or related environment.
• Experience coordinating creative or design work would be advantageous.
• Exposure to digital campaigns, newsletters or social/digital media.
• Exposure to brand management and marketing collateral.
• Experience in health, wellness, financial services, insurance or medical-aid environment would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate content for the Value & Wellness App and PWA.
• Create content supporting digital wellness journeys and member engagement.
• Develop content for behavioral nudges and wellness guidance.
• Create promotional messages supporting wellness activities, challenges and rewards.
• Source and prepare updates to digital content and ensure information remains current and relevant.
• Submit content for approval before publication.
• Ensure content supports the intended member journey and user experience.
• Coordinate branded campaign concepts and communication material.
