The project:

This is an opportunity to work with a professional team in South Africa.

This role is primarily responsible for expertise in digital solutions for project management support, and project-related analytics/insights. Where required, direct involvement in projects may be included. Therefore, the role requires demonstrable expertise or experience in built environment disciplines.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Implements digital strategies and solutions across client-facing projects and programmes.
  • Manages sub-projects and tasks, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with programme goals.
  • Supports and leads project teams, including both direct and indirect reports.
  • Oversees digital-related procurement, supplier coordination, budgeting, and cost tracking.
  • Conducts financial and scenario-based modelling to support project decision-making.
  • Contributes to the global digital centre of excellence, sharing best practices, case studies, and process improvements.
  • Mentors and trains team members, enhancing digital and technical capabilities.
  • Shares domain expertise to upskill colleagues and strengthen team performance.
  • Provides sound technical support to project teams, ensuring quality and innovation.
  • Drives sustainability efforts, actively contributing to carbon reduction during project delivery.

You’ll need to have:

  • A bachelor’s degree in fields such as geographic information systems (GIS), computer science, data science, electrical engineering, information technology, or a related discipline is often required.
  • Advanced degrees or certifications may be preferred for senior roles.
