A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or any relevant field
5+ years of proven experience in Digital Communications, Marketing, or a related role, demonstrating successful communications asset creation, campaign execution, audience engagement, and ideally, some digital fundraising experience
Professional experience in Web Development, Communications, Social Media, and Digital Campaign Management
Proficiency with Content Management Systems, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Canva
Good design and Project Management skills
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Senior Communications Manager to develop comprehensive Digital Communications strategies aligned with the organization's goals and priorities
Create a dynamic, adaptable organizational content plan that spans various platforms, including social media, website, blogs, and email campaigns, highlighting the organization's impact, initiatives, and innovations
Work with the Senior Communications Manager to implement targeted digital engagement campaigns to reach specific audiences and drive desired outcomes, including country-level campaigns and fundraising
Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of digital communication efforts
Support the planning and promotion of all events (including project events, webinars, and conferences) to showcase the organization's health expertise and foster knowledge exchange
