Job description

TFG Media has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Channel Manager (“digital native”) to drive sales and strategies across the TFG Media brand portfolio.

The successful candidate will form key internal and third-party strategic business partnerships to create creative, engaging campaigns that deliver measurable ROI for the portfolio’s subscription products across various platforms, audiences, and payment methods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to digital strategies including social media and brand websites in collaboration with the executing agency.
  • Manage and grow media portfolio sales on online platforms.
  • Align TFG Media social media and websites with TFG retail brand online presence.
  • Develop strategic relationships with internal and external partners (e.g., TFG trading brands, Dentsu Creative) to align digital strategies and goals.
  • Influence and persuade stakeholders internally and externally to achieve objectives.
  • Manage content (materials, visuals, communication).
  • Coordinate social media efforts with external agencies.
  • Contribute to the growth of the non-account holder (“cash”) subscription base via social media campaigns.
  • Analyze sales campaigns and report on performance.
  • Drive sales across all channels to meet targets.
  • Regularly report on channel performance and strategies.
  • Measure ROI on platforms like SEO, social media, Google, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, email, Bots, and UX.
  • Utilize customer data to predict trends, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Enhance customer personalization in digital campaigns.
  • Leverage AI in media, subscriptions, and loyalty spaces to improve customer experience, engagement, reduce churn, and increase conversions.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant experience with at least three years in Digital Marketing, AI, Social Media Management, or Marketing Management.
  • Ability to apply knowledge strategically to grow the portfolio.
Skills
  • Understanding of communication technologies (e.g., bots, websites, social media, AI, e-commerce).
  • Knowledge of paid media strategies preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms.
  • Effective team and individual work skills with initiative.
  • Confident presentation skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
