Position Overview
The Digital Campaigns Manager at Bluecloud AI is a high-impact leadership role responsible for developing, executing, and optimising content and digital campaigns across the business and its clients. The role demands a detail-oriented, strategic thinker and a tactical executor, someone deeply familiar with content marketing, digital storytelling, and performance-driven advertising.
This individual will lead a team of campaign moderators and community managers, ensuring cohesive brand-aligned outputs that are both creative and deliver on the client’s objectives. A strong background in managing social media campaigns, paid advertising on digital platforms and agency experience is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy & Planning- Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Maintain a multi-channel content calendar for social media, web, email, and paid media.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all communication touchpoints.
- Research trends, insights, and competitors to inform more innovative content strategies.
- Be familiar with the latest social media platforms and the creative utilisation of their latest features to improve campaign engagement.
Digital Campaign Management- Plan, execute, and optimise integrated digital campaigns (organic and paid).
- Coordinate closely with marketing and media teams to develop campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Manage social media and paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), X, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
- Use data to analyse campaign performance and refine tactics in real time.
Content Creation & Editing- Write, edit, and proofread captions, blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, press releases, social media content, and newsletters.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and strategists to produce visually engaging content.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and reflects strategic goals.
- Optimise content using SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Content Publishing & Distribution- Oversee publishing workflows across social media channels.
- Guarantee brand consistency across every customer and campaign touchpoint.
Performance Monitoring & Optimisation- Track campaign and content performance metrics (CPM, CPA, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Generate campaign performance reports and use insights to guide data-informed decisions.
- Conduct A/B testing on creative elements and messaging to improve performance.
- Derive actionable insights from campaign analytics.
Social Media & Community Engagement- Manage and grow our clients' social media presence.
- Lead the community management and campaign moderation efforts.
- Identify real-time content opportunities and support influencer campaigns.
Sales & Tender Content Proposals- Develop persuasive content for sales/pitch presentations and tender submissions.
- Collaborate with the client service/ creative/strategy teams to ensure content supports business objectives.
- Research industry and client data to craft compelling narratives.
Collaboration & Project Coordination- Coordinate content approvals, revisions, and stakeholder input across departments.
- Maintain documentation, including brand style guides, content libraries, and project tracking.
- Drive the end-to-end content lifecycle across multiple active projects.
Team Management- Manage a small team responsible for social media, community management, and campaign moderation.
- Ensure smooth workflow operations, deliverables, and quality control.
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to develop the team's performance.
Qualifications & ExperienceExperience- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or campaign management.
- Experience working in a digital, social media or creative agency is required.
- Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end integrated campaigns from ideation to execution.
Education- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO, Social Media, or PPC are advantageous.
Technical Skills- Paid Ads Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Search Console, platform dashboards
- Be familiar with SEO Tools
- A thorough understanding of Social Media and Data Analytics Tools: Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Brandwatch, KeyHole or similar.
- Collaboration: Microsoft Teams, Office Suite
- Basic knowledge of design tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
