Responsible for planning, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including but not limited to SMS, USSD, BTL, social media, and performance-based campaigns.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive and optimize SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
- Design and oversee all aspects of integrated digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic & display advertising and social media.
- Develop campaign strategies for multiple products and services, focusing on acquisition and engagement KPIs.
- Manage ongoing and seasonal marketing campaigns for various digital products and services daily.
- Develop and maintain a social media presence across all channels.
- Measure and report campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
- Evaluate key campaign metrics affecting website traffic, revenue, and target audience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm growth strategies.
- Work with agencies and vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing leadership on adoption where appropriate.

Technical Competencies / Skills

Requirements
Education
Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Management, or a related field.
Experience
At least 3 years in digital marketing or advertising.
