Job description

Responsible for planning, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including but not limited to SMS, USSD, BTL, social media, and performance-based campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive and optimize SMS and USSD campaigns based on KPI requirements.
  • Design and oversee all aspects of integrated digital and BTL marketing campaigns, including programmatic & display advertising and social media.
  • Develop campaign strategies for multiple products and services, focusing on acquisition and engagement KPIs.
  • Manage ongoing and seasonal marketing campaigns for various digital products and services daily.
  • Develop and maintain a social media presence across all channels.
  • Measure and report campaign performance, assessing ROI and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with advertising and media experts to enhance marketing results.
  • Evaluate key campaign metrics affecting website traffic, revenue, and target audience.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm growth strategies.
  • Work with agencies and vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, providing leadership on adoption where appropriate.
