Our client in the Insurance Industry has a vacancy available for a Digital Campaign and Lead Strategist to join their company.

Position is based in Sandton.

Salary: R45 - R55 pm depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

The Digital Campaign & Lead Strategist role is responsible for developing and executing both short- and long-term multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance the sales pipeline within health insurance sectors. This role develops campaign strategies, creates and manages lead generation, oversees the marketing budget, determines the optimal marketing mix, and prioritizes spending to maximize lead quality and conversion. The role will continuously refine and optimize strategies through various mediums to ensure effective lead generation and return on investment.

  4. Marketing and Brand Activities

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are preferred. Certifications in design and digital marketing are advantageous. Healthcare management or insurance-related certifications are a plus. Expert level in META strategy. Previous experience in aggressive lead generation campaigns. Experience in building basic strategy for LinkedIn and TikTok as well. Reporting and optimization. Budget Management. Excel. Presentations.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital campaign management and lead generation, ideally within insurance or a related field. Experience in digital design, lead generation, and campaign management, particularly in marketing insurance products.
