The Practise Lead will drive and implement strategy, revenue generation, and business growth for the Digital Advisory. Focus on managing and delivering client engagements, as well as sales and practice development. The Practise Lead will work with leading clients and their executive teams to design and define innovative business solutions to respond to disruption, plan the transition from current to future business models, and establish transformation programs, products, and services that drive growth and deliver long-term value.

Sets Strategy and Drives Delivery Excellence for Technology Solutions
- Lead clients through end-to-end design and delivery of holistic, business-aligned technology solutions.
- Own the delivery of enterprise-level technology programs, managing requirements, strategies, architectures, and risks.
- Understand technical interlinks between offerings to enhance market presence.
- Recommend solutions with a holistic view, aligning technology with business strategy and industry issues.
- Anticipate risks and opportunities, defining mitigation strategies.
- Build executive support and organizational buy-in for programs.
- Establish a strong industry and domain reputation as a subject matter expert.
- Stay current on market trends and regulations, advising clients accordingly.

- Identify and engage potential clients and partners, leveraging relationships and building new ones.
- Support sales efforts through customer segmentation and profiling.
