We are hiring a Digital Account Manager.

Location: Menlyn, Pretoria

Model: Onsite

We are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager who can juggle multiple digital campaigns, oversee the execution of digital campaigns, and ensure that marketing strategies meet client objectives. This is a blended role that includes Customer Service, Project Management, and Digital Marketing expertise to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Duties include:

  1. Serving as the primary contact for clients, managing expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  2. Understanding client needs and offering tailored digital solutions.
  3. Communicating project statuses, deliverables, and performance reports when required.
  4. Planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, PPC, etc.
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns meet goals and expectations.
  6. Optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics and analytics to ensure maximum ROI.
  7. Ensuring projects are aligned with the client's vision, deadlines, and budget.
  8. Analyzing campaign results and generating reports and feedback to clients on performance.
  9. Overseeing the budget for client projects and ensuring cost-effective digital campaigns.
  10. Tracking spending and providing regular updates where required.

The role also requires strong operations management skills, with a focus on process optimization, team leadership and coordination, project management, quality control, performance monitoring, and stakeholder communication.
