What the job involves..

Acting as the main point of contact for key clients

Building strong, long-term client relationships

Leading client meetings, from strategy sessions to performance reviews

Supporting the execution of digital strategies across platforms (Google Ads, social media, SEO, content, web and mobile projects)

Coordinating with creative, content, and tech teams to deliver on campaign goals

Managing project timelines, deliverables and budgets

Monitoring and analysing campaign performance and reporting back to clients

Presenting clear, actionable insights and identifying opportunities for improvement

Supporting junior team members and collaborating across teams

Spotting opportunities for account growth and upselling

What you need to be considered..

3+ years' experience in digital account management within agency

Experience working across the digital marketing mix

Strong client-facing communication and relationship skills

Comfortable analysing performance data and presenting reports

Organised, detail-oriented and proactive

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field

Are confident leading strategy discussions

Have worked across both B2B and B2C campaigns
