The Role

Brunswick Group is looking to expand its growing Digital practice with a Digital Account Director or Associate to join the team in Johannesburg.

This role is ideal for someone wishing to expand their career in SEO for corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SEO team with audits, reporting, and analysis while learning about corporate comms SEO.
  • Develop effective content strategies based on keyword research and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with broader digital and communications teams to align search strategy with various workflows.
  • Opportunities to learn more about corporate comms social media and AI.
Candidate Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience with hands-on marketing or corporate communications SEO.
  • Preference for an SEO practitioner over an SEO manager.
  • Ability to analyze digital performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in high-pressure situations.
  • The ability to operate effectively in a commercial, self-starting, and fast-paced environment.
