Job description

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Matric / N3
• Diesel / Earthmoving Equipment Mechanic
• 5 years POST trade
• Min 5 year's working experience on Mining site with Crushing and Screening Plant
• Experience with Yellow Metal Machines
• Good communication skills
• Clear criminal record
• Strong mechanical and technical skills
• Valid Driver's License

The diesel mechanic should demonstrate proficiency in basic hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical troubleshooting. A diesel mechanic that was only involved in normal servicing and routine maintenance (Daily inspections) will not meet the criteria.
