Our client is a leading provider of power solutions, and they are seeking a driven and knowledgeable individual to join their team as a Generator Sales & Consultant. This unique role blends sales expertise with technical consulting, allowing you to guide clients through the process of selecting the perfect generator for their needs.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their power requirements and providing expert guidance on generator selection.
  3. Conduct thorough site surveys and assessments to determine appropriate generator sizing, specifications, and installation requirements.
  4. Analyse client needs and recommend suitable generator applications, including backup power, prime power, and other specialized uses.
  5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, clearly outlining the benefits of recommended solutions.
  6. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution, installation, and ongoing customer support.
Qualifications:
  1. An Electrical Engineering Qualification or a related field.
  2. A track record in sales, preferably in the power generation or related industry.
  3. Strong understanding of electrical systems, generator technology, and diverse applications (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial).
