Advius (Pty) Ltd. seeks a Diesel Depot Manager for the Moorreesburg depot, responsible for overall performance, stock integrity, safety compliance and leadership of depot staff. The role focuses on customer service, achieving sales targets, and effective financial control within ERP systems.

The ideal candidate will manage stock accuracy, cost control and regulatory compliance while driving a safety-first, high-performance culture across the depot team.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in depot, logistics, fuel, lubricant or operational management.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oilstar and Pastel.
• Proven experience leading and developing teams.
• Experience managing stock, cash controls and financial administration.
• Strong knowledge of safety, compliance and risk management.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service while driving sales performance at the depot.
• Oversee stock ordering, reception, dispatch and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage daily depot operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead, coach and develop depot personnel and safety culture.
• Monitor budgets, costs and financial reporting; ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate records and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
