Job Description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, security, or a related role.
• Proven track record of leading DevSecOps initiatives and implementing security in complex environments.
• Expert proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and advanced security automation tools.
• In-depth knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

• Certification in DevSecOps or relevant advanced security certifications.
• Experience with advanced CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Deep expertise in container security best practices.
• Familiarity with security scanning tools and vulnerability management platforms.
• Advanced skills in incident response and security incident analysis.

Develop functional systems and solutions with a focus on scalability, automation, reliability, security, and quality. Implement customer integrations and improve the customer experience. Perform root cause analysis of production errors, resolve issues, design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance, and build tools to reduce error occurrence.

Responsibilities

• Application Software Road Map: Define and maintain a roadmap to facilitate application software development and ensure the development work is prioritized in line with business requirements.
• Product/Service Development: Evaluate the feasibility/relevance of proposed solutions, working in cross-functional or agile teams to develop and deliver significant aspects of the development program.
• Data-Driven Product and Service Improvement: Research data from digital product/service performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for product/service improvement.
• Design and Conceptualization: Produce multiple concepts and prototypes to design digital products/services.
• Information Security: Implement and provide input on the design of required security measures, monitoring performance to notify security experts of any problems with coding or built-in packages.
• Testing IT Performance: Design and perform website/application software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.
• Application Software Development: Develop existing applications and contribute to new application development by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Faults Diagnosis and Correction: Provide fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to address issues promptly.
• Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities through assessment, training, and coaching; maintain external professional accreditation where relevant.
• Agile Release Planning: Plan and replan software releases for medium-sized projects to ensure timely updates and benefits delivery.
