You'll own the end-to-end DevOps product lifecycle from strategy to delivery, ensuring our systems are secure, scalable, and seamless for our teams to use. You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing software development teams is advantageous.
  • At least 7 years in a technical role within the IT industry.
  • Previous software development skills are advantageous.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of the SDLC and software project management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
What You'll Do:
Technical Management
  • Manage all phases of the product or project lifecycle, from inception to decommissioning.
  • Align development roadmaps with business goals through collaboration.
  • Manage issues with appropriate urgency, including resolution and stakeholder communication.
  • Prioritize and plan backlogs and product roadmaps.
  • Define, track, and measure product benefits.
  • Maintain technical understanding of products and systems.
  • Manage the DevOps capabilities lifecycle: strategy, roadmap, backlog.
  • Ensure technical excellence and reduce technical debt.
  • Lead the DevOps team through coaching and best practices.
  • Review DevOps technology trends and research new tools.
SDLC Management
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle as above.
  • Align DevOps development with business needs and technology.
  • Handle issues with urgency, resolution, and communication.
  • Plan backlogs and product roadmaps.
  • Measure business benefit realization.
  • Maintain technical and product knowledge.
Strategic Mindset
  • Align objectives with strategic organizational needs.
  • Foster a customer-oriented attitude within the team.
  • Coordinate with other teams to achieve objectives.
