Job Title : DevOps EngineerAs a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our telemedicine platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate processes, streamline deployments, and maintain high availability of our services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, system administration, and cloud technologies, along with a passion for optimizing and improving the efficiency of development workflows.Responsibilities : Infrastructure Automation : Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI / CD) : Implement and manage CI / CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes, ensuring rapid and reliable delivery of software updates.Monitoring and Logging : Set up and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and address performance issues and security vulnerabilities.Security and Compliance : Work closely with the security team to implement best practices for securing cloud infrastructure and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).Scalability and Performance Optimization : Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable architectures and optimize performance across the platform.Incident Response and Disaster Recovery : Develop and maintain incident response plans and disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of system failures or security breaches.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures, and actively participate in knowledge sharing activities to promote best practices and cross-team collaboration.Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) role.Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and services.Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP / IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL / TLS).Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.Preferred Qualifications : Certification in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert).Experience with infrastructure monitoring and security tools (e.g., Terraform Enterprise, AWS Security Hub).Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.Experience working in a healthcare or regulated industry.Please note if you have not received feedback within two weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful for this particular opportunity.Package & RemunerationR
