We’re looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to support one of our key clients in South Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud and DevOps initiatives across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.
• Design secure, scalable architectures using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Implement serverless, containerized, and data-centric solutions (EKS, AKS, GKE, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).
• Drive FinOps practices including cost optimization and forecasting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
• Manage infrastructure as code using Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration tools (Ansible, Puppet).
• Oversee Kubernetes and Docker orchestration across cloud platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align cloud strategies with business goals.

Key Requirements:

• Deep expertise in AWS and strong proficiency across major cloud providers.
• Proven experience with hybrid and cross-cloud architecture design.
• Strong background in Kubernetes, serverless, and cloud-native services.
• Solid understanding of cloud cost management (FinOps).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, IaC, and automation tools.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
