Our client is looking for you to join their dynamic team!

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with Team Lead, Stakeholders, IT PO, and Team regarding operational topics.
2. Manage the needs-based operating process within the agreed quality standards.
3. Ensure the operability and operational quality of applications throughout their lifecycle.
4. Implement all tasks related to IT Operations (IT.03 Monitor and Operate IT Product).
5. Oversee release and change management of applications.
6. Implement technical lifecycle management measures and security measures for applications.
7. Improve operational quality for assigned applications.
8. Support the product owner with operational issues.
9. Prioritize operational scope and backlog for applications.
10. Make operational decisions within resource planning.
11. Support processes like "Deliver & Operate IT Technology" and "Manage IT Governance".
12. Measure and communicate operation KPIs and define improvement measures.
13. Assist in post-mortem handling of major incidents.
14. Support ITSCM tasks, including IT emergency exercises and availability management.

Desired Experience & Qualification: Work experience and a diploma/degree in business or IT environment.
