What you will be doing:

• Lead the planning of new developments, including cost analysis, design, market research, and stakeholder coordination.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, brokers, and other professionals to ensure pre-launch project execution.
• Define and map out end-to-end project workflows, creating clear briefs and timelines.
• Prepare accurate sales materials and ensure all legal, regulatory, and NHBRC documentation is secured and organised.
• Manage occupancy and completion timelines, ensuring adherence to municipal regulations and project closeouts.
• Conduct targeted research, gather credible data, and transform insights into visual presentations.
• Regularly assess and improve development admin processes, research workflows, and collaboration strategies.
• Stay informed on industry trends, adopt best practices, and contribute to ad-hoc projects.
