Job description

RPO Recruitments client, a well-established property development firm in Cape Town, is currently seeking a qualified Junior Site Agent to join their team as soon as possible and contribute positively to their projects.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  1. Handling all administration related to building handover
  2. Assisting the project manager with quality control of units
  3. Managing development administration, including obtaining occupancy certificates and final approvals for buildings
  4. Supporting all NHBRC-related applications, including renewals, registrations, and enrollments
Requirements:
  1. Relevant qualification in the built environment (Architecture, Building, Property Studies, Construction Management)
  2. Minimum of 3 years' experience, preferably in the property development industry
  3. Proficiency in MS Office
  4. Excellent written and spoken English
  5. Positive and professional attitude
  6. Valid driver's license and own transport
