Job Summary

Analytical and a problem solver

  1. 3 to 5 Years Salesforce CPQ experience
  2. 3 to 5 years Product Pricing Experience
  3. Knowledge in working on Apex code and integration classes
  4. Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform
  5. A Bonus would be Certified Salesforce Platform Dev 1 Certification
  6. Understanding of complex Product Bundle configurations and the setup in CPQ
  7. Experience working in an agile environment
  8. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
  9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization to gather requirements and oversee projects beginning to end.
  10. Ability to navigate a complex organization independently to meet team and company objectives.
  11. Entrepreneurial motivated self-starter with excellent work ethic and team-first attitude

Job Description

DevOps

  1. Apply critical thinking, design thinking and problem solving skills in an agile team environment to solve technical problems (SalesForce specific) with high quality solutions
  2. Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle including Evaluate analysis, problem definition, business requirements, solution development & provide recommendations to enable the operational feasibility of solutions
  3. Quickly produce well-organised, optimized, and documented source code to deliver technical solutions
  4. Ensure designs & solutions support the technical organisation principles of self-service, repeatability, testability, scalability & resilience
  5. Apply general design patterns and paradigms to deliver technical solutions
  6. Work with integrated teams and other developers to improve and evolve technical products and services
  7. Align all application development & development process to Group Architecture & Infrastructure guidelines
  8. Provide input into project & program teams (when required) to plan & manage the development lifecycle e.g. releases, risk management, testing, integration etc.
  9. Conduct reviews, performance monitoring & ongoing optimization and maintenance on applications
  10. Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies and development practices and continuously evolve existing knowledge & skill in preparation for cross domain and other experiences e.g. Secure Side, Testing, Infrastructure solutions etc.

People

  1. Conduct peer reviews, testing, problem solving within and across the broader team
  2. Support the people change teams in the development of user material (Customer, Employee & 3rd Party Adoption)
  3. Identify technical risks and mitigate these (pre, during & post release)
  4. Update / Design all application documentation aligned to the organization technical standards and risk / governance frameworks
  5. Participate in incident management & DR activity – applying critical thinking, problem solving & technical expertise to get to the bottom of major incidents

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Information Technology
