• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, document outcomes and mitigations.
• Deliver infrastructure-as-code and automation solutions to reduce manual effort.
• Contribute to resilience engineering, monitoring, patching, and security improvements.
• Document runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge-base articles; support onboarding.
