Job Description: Designer & Retoucher (Graphic Designer)

Reports to: Head of Design

Department/Team: Design

Purpose of the role:

A successful candidate will have great initiative, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. They will be a hard worker, willing to learn new skills, and able to work under pressure to produce high-quality designs. The role reports to the Head of Design.

Responsibilities include:

1. Improving live deals through various design methods, including web research, brand promotion, and AI.
2. Creating regular deal imagery for the Services team.
3. Image retouching of photographs taken in-house.
4. Designing for other company areas, including marketing and website.
5. Participating in larger projects spanning multiple departments.

Technical skills required:

• Graphic Design degree or related field preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of Adobe Suite, especially Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Familiarity with InDesign, After Effects, & Figma is beneficial but not essential.
• Experience in image retouching.
• Self-awareness, teamwork, and ability to work autonomously.
• Good work ethic, positive attitude, adaptability, and receptiveness to feedback.
