Qualifications

Advanced diploma or degree in Fashion Design or relevant tertiary qualification.
Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
Ability to multi-task.
Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Ensuring components are correct and available for the style through the in-house critical path timeously.
Ensuring samples are made up timeously, photographed, and ready for the QR capsule showing day with the retail team.
Ensuring all marketing samples are made up and handed over to the buyer's assistant timeously.
Following up and handing over the BPS samples to retail teams timeously for the Omni process to happen.
Ensuring overseas samples are processed to sample room for ironing, photographed, ticketed and saved on the drive for the overseas presentation.
Keeping all team members up to date by sending a monthly styles report every second day.
