Are you a detail-driven design expert with a passion for elevating brand standards and ensuring flawless execution?

A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a Design Compliance Manager to support one of the world's leading quick-service restaurant brands in achieving exceptional customer and team member experiences across over 400 projects annually.

This role sits at the heart of ensuring that new builds and remodels are executed in line with approved drawings and brand standards Relevant Easy and Distinctive (R.E.D.). With a strong focus on operational excellence, design integrity, and strategic reporting, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and manage the design execution of all new builds and remodels
2. Identify and implement process improvements to mitigate design and financial risks
3. Produce and present detailed compliance dashboards and reports
4. Contribute to the continuous evolution of brand standards through innovative design solutions
5. Collaborate across departments and with external partners to maintain design integrity

What we're looking for:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree; Masters preferred
• Professional qualifications in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Construction Management
• 35 years of experience in design or construction management with a focus on retail or commercial projects
• Strong spatial planning and design assessment skills
• Proven ability to interpret and critique technical drawings
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to influence at all levels
• A strong process orientation and results-driven mindset
• Professional registrations or affiliations are advantageous
