A leading industrial equipment company in South Africa is seeking a Design and Creative Manager to lead a creative team and develop innovative strategies that resonate with their brand identity. The role includes overseeing high-quality design work, managing budgets and project timelines, and ensuring brand consistency across all mediums. Ideal candidates will have a strong design background and proficient use of Adobe Creative Suite. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand direction in a dynamic environment.
The Design and Creative Manager will be responsible for leading the creative team in devising innovative strategies and brand architecture that effectively represent the brand identity and resonate with our target audience for the Barloworld Equipment brand across all regions. Developing compelling visual and written content across various mediums including digital platforms, print materials, exhibitions and campaigns. Ensuing a consistent brand presentation and messaging across all communication channels to generate leads and strengthen customer engagement and loyalty. Working closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing and communication efforts with the overall business strategy and goals.
